A complete Category B office fit-out in Clerkenwell for a creative agency requiring flexible workspace solutions. Starting from a Cat A shell, we delivered a fully fitted workplace including soft strip, new power and data infrastructure throughout, HVAC modifications to suit the new layout, a fully equipped kitchen and breakout area, meeting rooms with AV integration, and bespoke joinery for reception and storage areas.
